There are three options on this page: Call of Cthulhu 7th Edition, Delta Green, and Trail of Cthulhu. Call of Cthulhu 7th Edition is an update of the original that has existed since the 1980s.
Trail of Cthulhu uses the same world of the Cthulhu mythology (also referred to as mythos), but a different set of rules than the 7th edition. The "Trail" authors attempted to make the rules simpler and easier for everybody. while also moving the gaming focus on the detective work of uncovering the mystery.
Delta Green also has a world of Lovecraftian horrors but the focus is less on solving a mystery and more on fighting the monsters. Delta green also takes place in more modern times, whereas the other two normally take place in the early 1900s.
