The library building will close at 6:00 PM on Thursday, December 19th, and will remain closed through January 12th. During this period, our services will be available online Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM. Online services will be unavailable December 24th, 25th, 31st and January 1st. The library building will reopen on Monday, January 13th.

Hoopla

A general overview of creating and troubleshooting a Hoopla account.

If you change your UW - Superior password, you will receive an error message when you attempt to check out materials through Hoopla.

You will need to change your Hoopla Library PIN in order to continue checking out materials. There are four steps to changing your PIN.

1) To change your PIN, you will need to click on the settings icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

2) Once you are in the Settings field, you will click on the "Library" tab.

3) Next you will need to enter your new University of Wisconsin - Superior password in the "Library PIN" section.

4) Finally, click the "Save" button and your account will be able to check out materials once again.
