Special Collections and Archives: Visiting the Archives

Archives Open Hours

Drop-in Hours

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 9 am - 12 noon
Tuesday and Thursday: 1 pm – 4 pm

The Archives may be closed unexpectedly during drop-in hours due to staffing limitations. It is highly recommended that you make an appointment for all visits to the Archives, including those during drop-in hours.

Contact the Archivist to schedule a visit outside of drop-in hours.

Directions & Parking

The JDH Library is located on the corner of North 19th Street and Weeks Avenue, on the UW-Superior campus in Superior, WI. The Special Collections is located on the 2nd floor of the Library in Room 219, on the west side of the building (back). Visitors may wish to park at meters in Lots 7 or 10, or a short term/day parking permit may be purchased at the Campus Welcome Center. See map
