Therapy Animals

by CLIC @ JDHL on 2021-10-27T09:43:40-05:00 | 0 Comments

Sometimes it’s nice to stop, sit, and bask in the stress-lessening company of animals. That’s why we host Therapy Animals at the Jim Dan Hill Library! This week you can meet with therapy animals to help cope with the pressures of midterms.

Our visitors include therapy dogs and a special little hedgehog at Tuesday’s event. If you missed her, don’t worry! She’ll likely make an appearance at our Library De-Stress Week event the second week of December. Also, her handler assures us that you can get the same feeling by petting your hairbrush—though it is admittedly far less delightful.

Therapy Animals at the Jim Dan Hill Library:
Date: Thursday, Oct 28 2021, 11:00am - 1:00pm CST
Location: Jim Dan Hill Library > First Floor > Fireplace
