One Journey Toward Coping with COVID-19:  Some Suggestions From The Road

Facilitator: Dr. Maria Stalzer Wyant Cuzzo

Zoom Access Link: uwsuper.zoom.us/j/89464880877

COVID-19 and the social isolation it produces requires that each person find coping mechanisms to stay level and keep positive.  This session will share one journey of how one person is living life despite COVID-19….and in some ways a richer life because of COVID-19.  Participants will have an engaged breakout session to share their journey with each other.  By sharing our personal narrative and stories, people learn to be courageously vulnerable while standing strong in who and what we are.  We are all doing the very best we can to survive, endure, grow and learn during COVID-19 so let’s share our roadmaps with each other.
