This workshop offers an introduction to some of the key stress management and self-care tools taught in a 4-hour Highlights of Taking Care of You workshop. Participants will learn about some of the impacts stress has on overall health and well-being and have the opportunity to practice a few strategies to better manage stress and to improve personal health and well-being.
