If you are experiencing any problems accessing electronic reserves please contact the library during regular business hours between 7:45a.m. and 4:30p.m. at (715) 394-8343. If it is not possible for you to contact the library during business hours please e-mail the library and we will contact
the following business day.

The guaranteed method to access library reserves is the following. Go to the main University Web Page and click on library, then click on the Reserve link and on the next page click on Go To Reserves. If you are not already logged into the university network you will be asked to do a network login. You should then be able to search for your course and readings.

If you are having a problem with the login please notify the UWS computer help desk via email: HDAcct@uwsuper.edu. If you encounter problems getting a course page or reading to display/open please notify Jody via email: jjohnso2@uwsuper.edu.If you encounter problems with reserves and are going thru E-Hive, Learn@uwsuper.edu, via a Distance Education course page or faculty web page please report the difficulties to your course instructor or the help desk.
