Request Periodicals from Off-site Location

Journals older than 5 years are stored off-site.  To request journals from storage please utilize the "find it" button or the electronic Interlibrary Loan Request form.  Materials will be paged twice a day Monday - Friday.  Materials requested between 8 am and 1 pm should arrive that same day around 3 pm.  Materials requested after 2 pm should be available for pick up by 10 am the next day.

1.  When you have found an article click the "find it" button
2.  Enter you 16 digit ID# and your last name in lower case
3.  You will receive an email when your periodical is available for pick-up

Interlibrary Loan Request from (Illiad) - Use if you already know what article you want

1.  Start from Interlibrary loan on the library home page under services
2.  Log into your account with your 16 digit ID# and last name
3.  Request an article
4.  Fill in the form with the journal title and citation information
5.  Submit request

Once your journal has been retrieved the request will be cancelled.  You will receive an email stating the journal is available for use at the circulation desk.
